When you list your vessel for UMBR tokens, the ownership will be transferred to either the International Umbrella Trust or the International Umbrella Endowment, depending on your preference and the specific terms of the transaction. Our legal team ensures all documentation is properly handled for a smooth transfer.

UMBR token prices are determined by market forces on the Cauldron DEX and other supporting exchanges. The current price is approximately 0.00004153 BCH per token (about $0.0098 USD). Sellers can set their asking price in UMBR tokens based on their vessel's value and current market conditions.

We accept a wide range of vessels including yachts, cargo ships, fishing vessels, tugboats, passenger ships, research vessels, oil tankers, container ships, bulk carriers, LNG carriers, Ro-Ro ships, and other commercial or recreational watercraft. Each listing is reviewed to ensure it meets our platform standards before being published.

All transactions are secured on the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, UMBR tokens can be held in escrow until the vessel transfer is complete. Our smart contract system ensures that funds are only released when all conditions are met, providing security for both buyers and sellers. When sellers follow all steps correctly, we achieve over 95% successful deal closure rate.

Vessel transfers must comply with California law (585.0220 for title transfer and 585.8000 for vessels delivered outside California). The International Umbrella Trust or Endowment handles all documentation, including proper title transfer forms, tax payments, and registration with maritime authorities. For international transactions, additional regulations may apply.

Yield farming with UMBR tokens involves:

1. Purchasing UMBR tokens (minimum $1,000 investment)

3. Creating a micro-pool to provide liquidity
4. Earning 0.3% APY on all trades through your pool
5. Compounding your earnings or withdrawing at any time

You maintain 100% ownership of your liquidity and earn all fees generated by your pool.

• Month 2: ~$3.03 profit (compounding)

The more trades your pool facilitates (minimum 100 trades), the higher your potential earnings. There's no upper limit to the number of trades or potential profits.

Yes, your UMBR tokens paired with BCH can be swapped back at any time, allowing you to cash out your investment. You maintain complete control over your liquidity pool and can withdraw your funds whenever you choose.
